Field Technician |
Description: Install service and maintain communication network transmission equipment, including SONET equipment, digital cross connect, DSLAM, Multiplexers, router, digital loop, AC/DC power and CPE. Perform technical field activity pertaining to installation, maintenance and repair in the system network. Requirements: Essential Functions: Perform installation work on network transmission equipment in CO’s, POP’s, LSO’s and customer premise locations. Work includes lacing cables, wire wrapping, anchor drilling, installing rack and management hardware, mounting equipment and terminating all cables including power cable. Turn up and initialize all equipment and perform testing of network connections (DS0, DS1, DS3, BRI, PRI and switch trucks) Valid drivers license, reliable transportation and travel is required.

Account Executive Inside Sales |
Description: Account Executives will be expected to further develop current accounts as well as generate new account volume. Account Executives will ensure all Atlantic customer requirements are met thoroughly and completely. This role will involve developing relationships with management, accounting, purchasing, shipping, vender representatives, field technicians and most of all Atlantic’s current and future customers. Required skills and knowledge: • Excellent computer skills: Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. • Excellent written and oral communication skills and sensitivity to diverse cultures. • Comfort with telephone and in-person sales • Excellent skills in: time management, multitasking, and organization • Ability to work in a high-energy environment, incorporating skills of flexibility, critical thinking and creativity. • Solutions oriented team player.

Sales Engineer |
Description: Provides strong technical expertise as an individual contributor supporting the pre and post sales processes. Responsible to successfully manage the installation of telephone and communications services (switched and data) based on orders provided from the Account Executives. Accountable for providing technical analysis for the sales application, assuring it meets customer requirements, and translating and processing the order into a viable and workable voice and/or data communications solution for the client |
